In pursuance of the reference of the orders issued by the State Project Director, APSSA, Amaravathi vide reference 1^st and 2^nd cited and as per the note orders of the District Collector and Chairman, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Vizianagaram, permission is hereby accorded to reengage the service of Part Time Instructors for the academic year 2018-19 w.e.f 01.05.2018 basing on enrollment as per the norms and as per the DISE data duly following terms and conditions. The list of candidates those who are reengaged is annexed to these proceedings.

1.  A fixed remuneration of Rs.14,203/- per month will be paid without any

     allowances.

2.      The individual should work as per the job chart.

3.      The individual should be available during all working day of the Government during school hours. In addition she/he should be available whenever his/her services are required on holidays / after school hours as per exigency.

4.      The services of individual are subject to termination without assigning any reasons thereof.

5.      The individual is eligible for availment of C.Ls as per existing rules. He/she is not eligible for any other kind of leave.

6.      The Head Master shall submit Duty Certificate of the individual on or before 2^nd of succeeding month.

7.      The Honorarium will be released on receipt of Duty Certificate from the Headmaster of the School concerned.

The concerned Headmaster of school is requested to intimate the date of

joining of the individual to the undersigned promptly.

The receipt of these orders should be acknowledged.
