ORDER :

 

            With reference to the letter in the reference 1st read above, and as per the orders issued by the Government in the reference 2nd read above, the Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha Krishna District is hereby informed that, an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Rupees only) G.O.Ms.25 Fin(HR.I-Plg & Policy) Department Dt.18.02.2019 towards Ex-Gratia to be paid to the legal heir of the Outsourcing/Contract Employees in respect of late Sri P. Raghavendra Rao, who worked as P.E.T., on contract basis at Z.P. High School, Nidamolu expired on 02.04.2019 in accident. The said expenditure may be met from the saving account of APC Samagra Shiksha Krishna District.

            Further, he is requested to submit the compliance report in the said matter to this office without fail.

            This has got the approval of the State Project Director, APSS, Amaravati.
